Manual and automated assembly of functional assemblies

We manufacture functional assemblies from individual components, tailored to the technical and quality requirements of our customers. We combine plastic, metal and other components and perform manual, semi-automatic and fully automated assembly.

Our expertise covers the entire process – from structural review and planning of the sequence of operations to the development of assembly jigs, automation, control, and the delivery of a verified final assembly.

Assembly and assembly of assemblies Assembly and assembly of assemblies

Manual and automated assembly

The assembly method is chosen based on the complexity of the product, the size of the batch, the number of operations, and the requirement for repeatability. For larger batches, we use semi-automatic or fully automated assembly cells that allow:

  • automatic feeding and guiding of components
  • precise positioning of components
  • screwing, pressing, inserting and soldering
  • monitoring the presence and correct positioning of components
  • robot manipulation during operations
  • automatic final product inspection
  • marking and traceability of the process

Development of the assembly process

For each set, we determine the optimal sequence of operations. When planning, we take into account:

  • the design and function of the assembly
  • required accuracy of composition
  • size and repeatability of the series
  • time of each cycle
  • ergonomics and workplace safety
  • options for automatic control
  • requirements regarding traceability

Quality control during assembly

We check the quality already during individual operations, not only at the end of assembly. According to the product requirements, we perform:

  • visual and dimensional control
  • verification of the presence of components
  • force and displacement control during compression
  • torque control during tightening
  • Electrical or mechanical functional tests
  • Final review and approval of the assembly

From the individual component to the final assembly

By combining injection molding, injection on metal inserts, extrusion, assembly and automation, we reduce the number of suppliers and provide the customer with a comprehensive solution. We can take over the delivery of individual components, their assembly, inspection, packaging and preparation for direct integration into the customer’s production process.

From the individual component to the verified functional assembly – we guarantee precision, repeatability and reliable serial production.

Manual and automated assembly of assemblies

Depending on the complexity of the product, the size of the batch, and the customer's requirements, we perform manual, semi-automatic, or fully automated assembly of technical assemblies. This way, we can select the most appropriate production process for each project and ensure an optimal balance between flexibility, quality, and efficiency.

Hand assembling of assemblies Automated assembly of assemblies

Hand-assembled

Suitable for more complex assemblies, smaller and medium-sized series, and products with multiple variants, where dexterity, adaptability, and the operator's judgment are important. We perform various operations manually:

  • insertion of plastic and metal components
  • assembling gears, springs, axles and guides
  • screwing with controlled torque
  • Compression, joining and positioning of parts
  • the installation of bollards, wires and other functional elements
  • visual and functional control of the assembly

Automated assembly

For larger series, we use automated assembly cells with robots, conveyor systems, sensors, and cameras. The automated process can include:

  • automatic feeding and component orientation
  • robot insertion and assembly
  • automatic screwing or pressing
  • application of lubricants and other process agents
  • control of presence and correct positioning of parts
  • measuring force, displacement and torque
  • room control of the product
  • functional test of the final assembly
  • automatic storage, labeling and packaging

Quality control at every stage

We monitor quality throughout the assembly process. Individual operations can only continue once the system or operator has confirmed the correct execution of the previous step. This prevents missing or incorrectly inserted components and ensures that each assembly meets the agreed technical and functional requirements.

Flexible process for different projects

Manual and automated processes can be meaningfully combined. This approach enables:

  • Quick adaptation to product changes
  • efficient production of various size batches
  • shorter production times
  • high repeatability of the process
  • less risk of errors
  • complete traceability of key operations

By combining the knowledge of our employees with modern automation, we ensure efficient assembly and reliable quality of every final assembly.
